We produce shells for the world's most demanding buildings with exceptional technical expertise and craftspersonship, while assisting building owners, architects, construction companies, and investors with our creativity and innovative spirit. Our Code of Conduct

BENEDICT + RIVA considers law-abiding conduct and integrity to be inviolable basic assumptions upon which all trust is built, in both our internal and external business dealings. All of our employees therefore comply with nationally and internationally applicable laws and regulations as a matter of course, as well as respecting the standards of good cooperation.

In order to ensure absolute commitment to our core tenets, BENEDICT + RIVA expects employees to report any violation of applicable laws or deviation from the standards of integrity to their supervisors. BENEDICT + RIVA proactively supports all employees in identifying misconduct and potential conflict situations at an early stage in order to be able to respond constructively.

BENEDICT + RIVA will not tolerate exceptions to our legal conduct under any circumstances, and, if unresolved, will take disciplinary action and / or report the matter to the relevant authorities. Deviations from the standards of integrity will be investigated and rectified cooperatively wherever possible.

BENEDICT + RIVA does not tolerate threats or other forms of violence against employees in the workplace. BENEDICT + RIVA does not tolerate child labor, forced labor, or labor benefiting from human trafficking, either in its own operations or in those of its contractors.

A key part of our accountability and responsibility initiatives is guaranteeing the safety of our employees and business partners. BENEDICT + RIVA regularly educates its employees on hazards in production and assembly and appoints corresponding occupational health and safety compliance officers.

Our choice of suppliers and primary products is also guided by social and ecological factors. Wherever possible, BENEDICT + RIVA uses environmentally friendly and recyclable products and applies processes designed to preserve natural resources.

BENEDICT + RIVA believes in open and fair competition. In the struggle for ideas and concepts, we win our contracts by making the most convincing offer. We pride ourselves on the quality, innovation, and efficiency of our services.

We do not enter into any agreements with competitors or customers with the aim of restricting the freedom of competition. BENEDICT + RIVA employees will not accept any type of bribery or any other form of personal influence from customers, suppliers, or authorities. We will only give gifts, other benefits, or sponsorships in the culturally and personally appropriate context of marketing campaigns. Our employees are prohibited from accepting benefits and gratuities. We ask our business partners to take note of this.
