We are looking for an experienced civil engineer construction manager to join our passionate and customer-focused team.

Your Tasks

  • Planning tasks in accordance with work phases 6-9 HOAI, including the preparation of service specifications
  • Contract negotiations
  • Implementation of cost calculations and preparation of schedules
  • Construction supervision of demanding civil engineering projects

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management, supervision as well as in dealing with VOB and HOAI
  • Experience in using the following software: Auto CAD, MS Project and MS Office
  • Valid driver's license (class B)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Responsible, conscientious, independent, structured, and deadline-oriented work ethic
  • Collaborative behavior and constructive thinking
