The EnergieEvent Center owned by Energie City Leipzig GmbH is being built as part of the "Time for sustainability" project in the City of Leipzig. The two-story, standalone building is located on the eastern side of the main railway station on Brandenburger Straße. As a showcase for sustainable and efficient energy and environmental technologies as well as energy-efficient construction and renovation techniques, it gives visitors an opportunity to experience a “new type of building”. The year-round exhibition includes a presentation of innovative architectural installations and is accompanied by lectures, training courses, and events.

GIP Glazing* was selected from among many renowned companies to plan, manufacture, and install the entire building envelope of the EnergieEvent Center.
